On-Boarding a New User

Invite the user to Calendly using their work email address.

If you know the group they are in, you can add them to it as you send the invitation out.

Then you need to set the role which usually defaults to "User".

If you assign a group this will then pre-select event types for the user.

Now send the invite.

When the invite is accepted you need to add their Calendly link to Sugar.
