SafeTitan Seat Settings (License Count)
Max Global Seats = How many licenses in total for MSP account has to utilize.
Allocated Global Seats = How many licenses the MSP has allocated for Customers.
Actual Global Seats = How many seats the MSP Customers are using (based on the user configuration)
Remaining Global Seats = The total number of seats that have not been allocated.
Max local seats = Total number of seats able to allocated for MSP own usage.
Actual local seats = How many have been used by MSP itself (i.e. parent portal).
Remaining local seats = Based on the local seat allocation, minus how many have been used.
---
In summary: MAX Global - total number of seats to allocate; Allocated Global = for Customers; Allocated Local = for MSP itself
MAX Global = Allocated Global + MAX Local

MSP perspective:
In this example:
- The MSP has been allocated 30 total licenses to use (Max Global Seats)
- The MSP has been automatically added as a "customer" and has chosen to add one customer. Each account uses 1 admin each, which results in Actual Global Seats equaling 2.
- Because all seats have been accounted for, the Remaining Global Seats now reflects a count of 0. 30 Max Global Seats, 5 Max Local Seats for the MSP to use, and 25 for the added customer.
- The Max Local Seats is currently set to a minimum of 5, this may be updated in the future to allow for a value lower than 5. This is the value that defines the total amount of seats that are allocated for the MSP "customer" account.
- Again, because only 1 admin or user has been created at the MSP "customer" account, the Actual Local Seats = 1
- The Remaining Local Seats equals the total Max Local Seats - Actual Local Seats.
