Important: SpamTitan 9.01 Upgrade Next Steps- Action Required
Dear Customer,
We greatly appreciate your interest in upgrading to our new platform, Spamtitan 9.01 – (code name: Skellig), and we're excited to guide you through this transition.
In preparation for the upgrade, we have outlined a migration plan to ensure a smooth process.
Below are the key steps and actions required from your end:
Step 1: Pre-Upgrade Preparation (this needs to be done before the 13th of November)
Before the upgrade can occur, there are a few essential steps you need to take on your side:
- Validate that the new MX record points to your server IP address
- MX record update: Below, you will find the details for your new MX record. You need to replace your current MX record with it.
- Update TLS Cert: Under System Setup > Mail Relay > Outbound > TLS Encryption change to DIGICERT 0CC686841033D7AB41A5A600BBC2B27A cert.
- Firewall rules update: Below are the new server IP addresses. Please ensure your firewall allows communication over port 25 for the provided IPs by adding them.
- Mail server connectors update: If you have connectors in your mail server. Please ensure that your connector also allows emails for the new IPs.
Step 2: Upgrade
Once you have the above changes complete, let us know by emailing us at ST9Upgrade@titanhq.com

Throughout the upgrade process, our engineers have monitoring in place to ensure no service disruption. In addition, our dedicated support team will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
