- Access the MSP Sign Up form here
- Using the request populate all relevant information
New filed mandatory to fill-in: MSP Global Seats (default value = 25): this is number of licenses (seats) MSP is entitled to. These seats are used for MSP itself AND to distribute among clients. Please edit if required during sign up phase.
Once all fields are filled, Click "Submit MSP Sign up"
The sign up process will send an automated email to the client with a link to activate their account.
**Note:
Also, seats can be modified here, in Admin UI -> Select Organisation -> Seat Settings, where:
- MAX Global Seats – this one for MSP only and corresponds for whole pool of seats, including the ones to be shared among MSP Customers.
- MAX Local Seats – this one for MSP`s local (Parent) portal, i.e. personal usage.
MSP can adjust their ‘personal’ usage seats via MSP Dashboard -> Customers. There will be a record with MSP Name (on cold) and saying – ‘Current portal’. By editing value – MSP will be able to modify number of seats for own usage.
If you`re upgrading Direct Customer to MSP – please adjust Seat settings after upgrade is completed.

Step 1: Click the Portal Invitation link in the Email
Step 2: Verify the information on screen by clicking Continue Signup
Step 3: Choose from the 3 connection choices

Step 4: After selecting the configuration, Microsoft Enterprise Application Registration will begin
Step 5: you will be prompted to provide specific permissions to the application
Step 6: On accepting the permissions you will be automatically redirected to your MSP Portal

- Login to regional Portal(WEU)
- Left hand menu click drop down for CRA Administration
- From the drop down select CRA Signup
- Using the request to fill in the correct information on the following screens

Where the client purchases add-ons these can be added as follows:
- Navigate back to the Dashboard
- Left hand menu click drop down for CRA Administration
- From the drop down select Global Administration
- From the drop down begin typing “[“ + domain
- Select the correct organization click Select
